Inactive HHC network accounts to be disabled — log in now to keep your access

Inactive network accounts can allow criminals to sneak into HHC’s patient and colleague accounts, posing a potential risk to patient and financial data.

To keep everyone safe, the IT security team will disable any user account that has not been logged into for 90 days. This includes email, HR Express and Epic access. Accounts that remain inactive for one year will be deleted.

Keep your account active by logging in with your username and password at least once every 90 days. If your account has been disabled or you have questions, call the Help Desk at 860.545.5699.
