Interesting that this Dr can do a telehealth review on a 85 year old woman with clinical Dementia tested and proven for the past three years and write a letter on her behalf this year January 7 th when she has a regular Dr in the soundview practice and claim she is competent oriented to make her own decisions in a court of law
