I had my initial visit with Dr Linda Werner in Trumbull for thyroid concerns and I was genuinely impressed. From the start she took the time to really listen and carefully review my medical history instead of rushing through the appointment. She explained my lab work in detail and walked me through every step of the process in a way that was clear patient and easy to understand. I never felt brushed off or dismissed. Even though this was only my first visit I left feeling confident and comfortable with the plan moving forward. I would trust her without question to treat a family member. Highly recommend.

Edit: i spoke to them again today and expressed how my prescriptions were never sent over (it’s been 20+ days of a back and forth). She said I was being rude for insinuating they never sent it over when CVS has confirmed with me MULTIPLE times they never received it and “it was never sent over.” These are the words the pharmacist used. the front desk receptionist was incredibly rude and even when I said, “Hey it’s been 20 days of issues and I feel like I’ve never gotten an apology for how difficult this has been” she just rudely told me off saying she didn’t need to apologize to “someone who said that the office never sent the prescription.” What an unreal situation to be given attitude when you point out a fact. This is awful and not a single patient deserves to be treated this way with their medication being withheld and the staff having no inclination of feeling bad or trying to get the job done. If I could give this office negative stats, I would. I have been waiting for a prescription for over 20+ days and the office keeps lying to me saying they sent it to my pharmacy. The pharmacy has confirmed MULTIPLE TIMES they never did. Someone from the office had to call CVS while I was on the other line, and the office was clearly told CVS NEVER received that prescription. If you need your prescriptions in a timely manner, don’t bother going here. It doesn’t seem like they really care about someone not having medication that they need on a day to day basis. They don’t care about you. Stay away.
