Dr. Cassetta spent a substantial amount of time with me. There are few rheumatologists in the area and I have waited a while to get in to see him. I have been to several diff specialists in almost two years with no diagnosis and Dr. C was able to nail it pending blood tests in the first visit. He was personable, down to earth and reassuring. I'm now on a course to get better. He provided info on this disease and viable resources to learn even more. I was pleased with this doctor and finally getting a diagnosis.

If you’d like to be ignored and untreated for your health issues. Dr.Cassetta is the doctor for you. I wasted a year of my life under his care with extreme lupus. For a year I was in his office crying in pain, being ignored with zero help. I asked him multiple times to be tested for RA. I had all the symmetrical pain on my hands, elbows, hips, knees, and feet. I was ignored. He brushed me off and said it’s fibromyalgia. Thank God I found a new doctor who literally diagnosed me off of the labs and blood work that cassetta had for a year. He could care less about his patients and due to him single handedly I’ve been set back in treatments for lupus and RA for a little over a year. I’ve lived in pain almost every day under his “care”. I’ve started infusions for my lupus because the oral meds I was on I was told by a real doctor that I was basically on a baby vitamin for the severity of what I have. I’ll also be starting methotrexate for my RA. These medications and drugs take 6 months to even start to work. I truly wish I found someone who cared after my diagnosis so I could maybe be back to a more normal life. Seeing this man cost me a lot of time I can never get back. I haven’t been able to work and I’m still in constant pain. These treatments should have been started two octobers ago. So just a warning if you have health issues don’t go to this office. You’re literally putting your trust in someone who’s clearly ready to retire and doesn’t care about his patients. You’re definitely just a number there to him. It’s also unfortunate because his staff is actually so nice.

Dr. Cassetta was extremely thorough In his examination and was able to prescribe a medication to help with my acute needs. Also, I’ve never had a doctor take me back to his personal office. Sit me down and explain exactly what I am going on and the protocol for treatment. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. Also, his staff was excellent.

I have been going to Dr. Cassetta for many years for my Osteo Arthritis. He and his staff are wonderful, responsible, top notch with medical care, empathize AND REALLY LISTEN!! Which is so important. He has nurses or medical assistants named something that sounds like Brian and Lisa who also are top notch. I highly recommend them and the practice.
