One of the joys of aging is that you get to spend time with many healthcare providers across a range of disciplines. Based on my initial visit, Dr. Jackson is surely one of the finest doctors I've ever come in contact with. He was engaging, listened to my concerns, gave excellent feedback, outlined his concerns and plan to manage my condition. In addition, he answered quickly and clearly on a follow-up question submitted through the portal. It was a pleasure and a relief to have met with Dr. Jackson and to now be under his care. Can't recommend him more highly.

Dr. Jackson was so focused and concerned about my care. He took way more time than he needed to telling me the history of medicine treating my condition and recommend other doctors for other disorders I have outside of RA. He listened to every word I said and had a clear and valid answer for everything. This was an incredible visit and I cannot wait to recommend him to friends. He went above and beyond!

I have a hard time explaining things and Dr Jackson really took the time to listen to me, examine me and records, and provide me with a diagnosis and treatment. He explained everything to me in a way I can understand and provided me with resources to read and educate myself. I am truly grateful for both his medical expertise and his caring and compassion for me as his patient, coming to him frustrated and in pain.

Dr. Jackson is a blessing! A truly phenomenal doctor, who's very thorough, and who does not give up on his patients. I am profoundly grateful to be a patient in his care. He covers all bases when providing care to his patients to ensure that they receive quality care and quality treatment. I have referred several people to Dr. Jackson without hesitation. I wholeheartedly know that Dr. Jackson will go above and beyond to meet the special needs of each patiently independently. My only wish is that there were more medical professionals as dedicated and genuine as he is.

Doctor Jackson is amazing. Of all the doctors that I have had to deal with, he is one of the absolute best. He gives you his undivided attention, is extremely competent in his field and his bed side manners are outstanding. Very knowledgeable about RA & issues related to RA. He not only treats the disease he treats the patient as well. I drive from Naugatuck to Fairfield to be seen be him. ⭐️ Well worth the drive.
